第二屆 SEBA- IE Workshop在匈牙利布達佩斯成功舉辦

2011年6月30日-7月1日，北京師范大學(xué)經(jīng)濟與工商管理學(xué)院（SEBA）、中國社會科學(xué)院經(jīng)濟研究所（IE CASS）與匈牙利科學(xué)院經(jīng)濟研究所（IEHAS）共同舉行的第二屆SEBA-IE CASS-IEHAS研討會在匈牙利布達佩斯舉行。匈牙利科學(xué)院經(jīng)濟研究所主任Karoly FAZEKAS教授、高級顧問Maria CASNADI教授，北京師范大學(xué)經(jīng)濟與工商管理學(xué)院學(xué)術(shù)委員會主任李實教授、首都教育經(jīng)濟研究院執(zhí)行院長王善邁教授，中國社科院經(jīng)濟研究所副所長張平教授等人參加了研討會。Karoly FAZEKAS教授與李實教授分別代表匈牙利科學(xué)院經(jīng)濟研究所與北京師范大學(xué)經(jīng)管學(xué)院致辭，對雙方之間的合作表示了肯定和贊賞，并預(yù)祝會議的成功舉辦。
研討會分2天，4個專題，共舉辦了7個專場討論。在兩天的研討會中，參會者就教育經(jīng)濟學(xué)、勞動經(jīng)濟學(xué)、金融危機與轉(zhuǎn)型等方面的論文進行了熱烈的學(xué)術(shù)研討。王善邁教授的“Several Problems of Economics of Education During the Process of China’s Educational Reform and Development ”一文分五個部分對中國當(dāng)前教育改革與發(fā)展問題進行了深入探討，Laszlo HALPERN教授對此進行了肯定與相關(guān)評論。李實教授的論文“Rising Earnings Inequality in Urban China during 1988-2007”不僅生動地揭示了近20多年中國城鎮(zhèn)居民收入不平等的變化趨勢，而且對其中重要影響因素的性質(zhì)與效應(yīng)給出了令人信服的分析與闡述，他的講演引起了匈牙利同行的高度關(guān)注與贊賞。劉澤云副教授的論文討論了中國高等教育擴張后畢業(yè)生就業(yè)形勢是否惡化的問題，楊娟博士論文分析了中國城鎮(zhèn)居民20多年來公共與私人部門收入差距存在聚合的傾向，孫志軍副教授探討了中國農(nóng)村地區(qū)非農(nóng)就業(yè)人口中的教育回報問題。在危機與經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型專場討論中，曲如曉教授論文探討了中國文化產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易的因素影響，李海副教授論文研究了組織文化與績效的關(guān)系，鄭飛虎副教授論文探討了跨國公司在中國的研發(fā)合約交易問題。GaborKEZDI、Julia VARGA、Janos KOLLO、Almos TELEGDY、Janos GACS、Gabor OBLATH、Tamas RETI、Maria CASNADI、Gyorgy MOLNAR等匈方教授與研究人員都參與到論文的點評和討論中。
此次研討會是學(xué)院第二次組團參加國際會議，會議全部用英文報告和交流，為我院老師和學(xué)生與外國專家提供了難得的面對面的交流機會。舉辦這場國際會議將有利于促進我院的對外交流與合作及學(xué)科發(fā)展，提高我院的科研與教學(xué)水平，擴大國際影響，提升國際競爭力。

匈牙利科學(xué)院經(jīng)濟所在理論和應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟學(xué)方面具有世界一流的研究人員，主要進行現(xiàn)代的市場經(jīng)濟與匈牙利轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟方面的分析，研究領(lǐng)域包括宏觀經(jīng)濟與經(jīng)濟增長、勞動力市場、教育經(jīng)濟學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)組織等領(lǐng)域。是國際上領(lǐng)先的經(jīng)濟學(xué)研究機構(gòu)，與我院簽訂了長期的科研合作協(xié)議。2009 年6 月25日，雙方合作在北京師范大學(xué)召開了第一屆SEBA-IE教育與勞動經(jīng)濟學(xué)研討會，討論了學(xué)術(shù)熱點和最前沿的研究成果，對學(xué)術(shù)研究起到了良好的促進作用。基于已有的良好合作基礎(chǔ)，此次研討會進一步深化了學(xué)術(shù)交流與合作。
