2024年4月21日-25日，北京師范大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與工商管理學(xué)院為國際學(xué)生精心組織了一次“讀懂中國”的西安沉浸式教育之旅，旨在加深他們對中國科技進(jìn)步和博大文化的深度理解。本次研學(xué)實踐活動由我院Hwy-Chang Moon海外教授（韓國aSSIST大學(xué)校長）、鄭飛虎副教授聯(lián)合帶隊，兩位博士留學(xué)生孟書俊和劉子毅同學(xué)負(fù)責(zé)活動具體組織與行程督促，留學(xué)生克里斯蒂安·菲利普通過其出色的技能，對于研學(xué)過程做了精彩抓拍。來自12個國家共計19名國際學(xué)生參加本次活動，他們先后奔赴西安咸陽高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)、西北工業(yè)大學(xué)、西安三星基地、韓城市、袁家村等地參觀交流，受到了熱烈歡迎。

From April 21st to 25th in 2024, Business School of Beijing Normal University organized the "Understanding China" study program, an immersive educational journey to Xi'an for international students, aimed at deepening their understanding of China's technological progress and cultural depth. This practical activity was jointly led by Professor Hwy-Chang Moon, an overseas professor from our university (also the President of aSSIST University in South Korea), and Associate Professor Zheng Feihu from Business School. Overseeing the smooth execution of the Xi'an study tour activity were Meng Shu Jun and Michael Lau, both diligently managing various aspects of the endeavor. Meanwhile, Christian Phillip exhibited remarkable skill in capturing the essence of the moments, thereby immortalizing them into enduring memories. A total of 19 international students from 12 countries participated in this activity, visiting and exchanging experiences in Xi'an Xianyang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Northwestern Polytechnical University,  Xi'an Samsung Base, Hancheng City, Yuanjia Village, and other places, receiving warm welcomes throughout.

第一天：科技進(jìn)步與文化之夜

Night of Technological Advancement and Culture

此次考察從對咸陽高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的探索開始，展示了一個完整的生產(chǎn)鏈和電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的美好未來。在一家領(lǐng)先的數(shù)字技術(shù)公司舉行的信息會上揭示了元宇宙和人工智能在塑造商業(yè)環(huán)境中的潛力。當(dāng)天活動延續(xù)至夜晚，學(xué)生們參觀了充滿活力的大唐不夜城，體驗了西安的輝煌夜生活和文化魅力，感受到這座城市作為“不夜城”的美譽(yù)。

The exploration began with a visit to the Xi'an Xianyang High-tech Industrial Zone, showcasing the promising future of a complete production chain and an electronic information industry cluster. At an information session held by a leading digital technology company, the potential of the metaverse and artificial intelligence in shaping the business environment was unveiled. The day's activities extended into the night, as students toured the vibrant Datang Evernight City, experiencing the splendid nightlife and cultural charm of Xi'an, feeling the city's reputation as the "City That Never Sleeps".

第二天：城市發(fā)展中的創(chuàng)新

Innovation in Urban Development

第二天國際學(xué)生對西咸新區(qū)在西部地區(qū)國家創(chuàng)新中的角色做了深度體驗，進(jìn)一步理解了西咸新區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略責(zé)任和按照習(xí)近平主席指示的發(fā)展愿景。在秦創(chuàng)原，學(xué)生們親眼見證了陜西傳統(tǒng)的韌性與創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)業(yè)驅(qū)動力的融合。在西北工業(yè)大學(xué)管理學(xué)院，文教授做了精彩的“不確定性下的戰(zhàn)略”演講。

On the second day, international students delved into the role of the Xi'an-Xianyang New Area in innovation across western China, gaining a deeper understanding of the strategic responsibilities and development vision as directed by President Xi Jinping. At QinChuangYuan, students witnessed firsthand the integration of Shanxi's traditional resilience with innovation and entrepreneurial drive. Also in UNW, Professor Moon gave a vivid lecture named “Strategy toward the uncertainty Era”.

第三天：產(chǎn)業(yè)洞察與古代戰(zhàn)士

Industrial insights and Ancient Warriors

這一天兵分兩路：領(lǐng)隊教授們前往西安三星基地進(jìn)行訪問與座談同時，國際學(xué)生們前往兵馬俑進(jìn)行了一次歷史性的迂回相約。兵馬俑是中國古代藝術(shù)和軍事力量的象征。這次意想不到的旅程讓學(xué)生們見證了秦朝的宏偉，增強(qiáng)了他們對中國歷史重要性的欣賞。

On this day, the group split into two teams: while the leading professors headed to the Xi’an Samsung Base for visits and discussions, the international students embarked on a historic detour to the Terracotta Army. Symbolizing ancient Chinese art and military power, it provided an unexpected journey for the international students, allowing them to witness the grandeur of the Qin Dynasty and deepening their appreciation for the significance of Chinese history.

第四天：一瞥中國的過去

A Climpse into China’s Past

通過參觀千年古城——韓城的文化重要地標(biāo)，國際學(xué)生繼續(xù)了解中國的古老歷史，包括司馬遷祠墓與文廟博物館，并同當(dāng)?shù)刂麌蟆兾魑幕a(chǎn)業(yè)（韓城）投資有限公司的高管座談暢談教育與研學(xué)合作。

By visiting the millennia-old city of Hancheng and its cultural landmarks, international students continued their exploration of China’s ancient history. This included visits to the Mausoleum of Sima Qian and the Confucian Temple, followed by fruitful discussions with executives from the renowned local state-owned enterprises, Shanxi Cultural Industry(Hancheng)Investment Co., Ltd., focusing on education and research collaboration.

第五天：擁抱鄉(xiāng)村活力

Embracing Rural Vitality

最后一天國際學(xué)生來到了“西北第一村”——袁家村，近距離感受當(dāng)代中國農(nóng)民親手締造的鄉(xiāng)村版“共同富裕”集聚區(qū)的興旺發(fā)達(dá)。在與袁家村村委會座談中，鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)干部介紹了袁家村發(fā)展的歷程與共同富裕的制度設(shè)計，并強(qiáng)調(diào)了鄉(xiāng)村振興在推動可持續(xù)社區(qū)發(fā)展中的重要性。

On the final day, international students arrived at "the First Village in Northwest China"- Yuanjia Village, experiencing the prosperous and developed rural area crafted by contemporary Chinese farmers under the concept of "common prosperity". At the Yuanjia Village Committee, local officials introduced the development process of Yuanjia Village and the institutional design of "common prosperity", emphasizing the importance of rural revitalization in promoting sustainable community development.

通過西安之旅，北京師范大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與工商管理學(xué)院的國際學(xué)生在實踐中汲取了一系列豐富的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗，涵蓋了中國強(qiáng)勁的技術(shù)進(jìn)步和輝煌的歷史與文化精髓。這種平衡的教育方法對于國際學(xué)生來說彌足珍貴，它提供了國際學(xué)生對現(xiàn)代中國多方面發(fā)展全面而深入的綜合分析視角。

Through the Xi'an tour, international students from Business School of Beijing Normal University gained a wealth of practical experience in economic development, encompassing China's robust technological advancement and the essence of its splendid history and culture. This balanced educational approach is invaluable for international students as it offers them a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of various aspects of modern China's development.
