按照上級主管部門要求，每位擬畢業(yè)留學生均須進行圖像信息采集，紙質(zhì)照片將用于制作畢業(yè)證書和學位證書，電子照片同時用于在中國高等教育學生信息網(wǎng)（學信網(wǎng)）的學歷信息注冊和中國學位與研究生教育信息網(wǎng)（學位網(wǎng)）的學位信息注冊。
According to the requirements of higher authorities, every student who intends to graduate must submit their image information, the printed photo will be attached to the graduation certificate and degree certificate, while electronic photo will be used to register the Degree on the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CHESICC), and to register the Diploma on the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC).
根據(jù)北京市新冠肺炎疫情防控要求，本次采集確定通過中國圖片社特定網(wǎng)址實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)上集中采集，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)要求通知如下：
In accordance with the requirements of the prevention and control of Covid-19 in Beijing, this collection will be done online through the specific website of the China Photo Service. The relevant requirements are as follows:
一、采集對象
本學期或下學期擬畢業(yè)或申請獲得學位，且之前未參加過學校組織的圖像信息集中采集的留學生。
I. Students
International students who plan to graduate or apply for a degree this semester or next semester and have not participated in the centralized photo information collection organized by the university before.
二、采集要求
1、鑒于所采集圖像用途的重要性和嚴肅性，學生應(yīng)本著對自己負責的態(tài)度，拍照時應(yīng)著裝得體，注意儀容。
2、對采集圖像拍攝的具體要求，請仔細閱讀《集中采集使用手冊》(見附件)。
3、按要求提交電子版照片，在線支付采集費用(20元人民幣/人)完成訂單。
II. Collection requirements
1. In view of the importance and seriousness of the use of the collected photos, students should be responsible to themselves, dress appropriately and pay attention to their appearance when taking photos.
2. For the specific requirements of the photos, please read the "Centralized Photo Collection Manual" (see attached).
3. Submit the electronic photo according to the requirements and pay the collection fee online (20 yuan/person) to complete the order.

信息有誤者請于6月10日前聯(lián)系所在培養(yǎng)單位教務(wù)負責老師進行反饋。
IV. Information Confirmation
International students who participate in the photo collection must log on the column of “學信檔案”(CHESICC Archive) of the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (www.chsi.com.cn) from May 25 to June 5 to check their studentship and photo information.
