一、申請條件
博士研究生：應(yīng)先向原獎學金申請受理機構(gòu)申請列入2020/2021學年獎學金計劃內(nèi)，再按要求提交申請材料。通過北京師范大學自主申請者，則需按下文要求提交除同意函以外的其他申請材料。
非博士研究生（本科生、碩士研究生、非學歷生）：須盡快向其獎學金受理機構(gòu)提出申請，列入2020/2021學年本國派遣計劃名額內(nèi)，方可按要求提交申請材料。
注：申請延長獎學金期限者，必須參加并通過年度評審，方具備申請資格，否則申請將不予受理。

在學期間所有成績單（須加蓋學院公章）
中期考核表（限博士研究生）
開題報告評分表（限博士研究生）
本國獎學金受理機構(gòu)出具的同意函（如有）
其他支持材料，如導師/學院意見書等（推薦提交，非必須）
三、申請流程
學生自行下載《中國政府獎學金生延長獎學金期限申請表》及《北京師范大學留學生學籍變動表》（本科、研究生）并填寫相應(yīng)信息，表中必須明確申請延長時間：2021年1月或2021年7月。填寫完成后于北京時間2020年4月24日17:30之前將表格掃描件發(fā)送至其培養(yǎng)單位留學生工作聯(lián)系人郵箱（點擊查看本學院聯(lián)系方式）。
學生自行收集材料（3）至（7）并掃描為pdf文檔，于北京時間2020年5月22日17:30之前將全部掃描件打包發(fā)送至留學生辦公室郵箱：isp@bnu.edu.cn，郵件標題注明“學號+護照姓名+中國政府獎學金延期申請”。
留學生辦公室將匯總所有申請材料，提交至國家留學基金委員會，等待最終評審結(jié)果。學生須保證評審全程聯(lián)絡(luò)暢通，留學生辦公室將可能按委員會處理意見要求學生提交補充材料。
因?qū)W生個人原因?qū)е虏牧线t交、漏交、不合要求者，將一律不予受理。

NOTICE ON APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF CSC SCHOLARSHIPS STUDENTS
I. Application Eligibility
1. PhD students: please first apply to your country’s scholarship application institution as soon as possible in order to be included in the 2020-2021 school year scholarship list. If you directly applied to Beijing Normal University for the scholarship, please submit other application documents except the letter from the scholarship application institution as directed below.
2. Non-PhD students (Undergraduate, Master, non-degree students): please first apply to your country’s scholarship application institution as soon as possible in order to be included in the 2020-2021 school year scholarship list, otherwise your application documents will not be accepted.
Note: Students will ONLY be qualified to apply for scholarship extension WHEN they participate and pass the scholarship annual review, otherwise the application will not be accepted. See "Notice of Participation of 2020/2021 Annual Scholarship Review".
II. Application Documents
（1）Form for Scholarship Extension of Chinese Government Scholarship Status
（2）Beijing Normal University Change of Student Status Form for International Students (Undergraduate, Master/PhD)
（3）All transcripts during the study in BNU (must be stamped by your faculty/school/department)
（4）Mid-term assessment form (for PhD students)
（5）Mark sheet of proposal defense (for PhD students)
（6）Letter from the scholarship application institution of your home country (if applicable)
（7）Other supporting documents, such as reference letter from the advisor/school/department (optional but recommended)
III. Application Procedure
1. Please download the “Form for Scholarship Extension of Chinese Government Scholarship Status” and “Beijing Normal University Change of Student Status Form for International Students” (Undergraduate, Master/PhD), complete and send scanned copies to the international students coordinator of your faculty/school/department before 17:30, April 24, 2020 (UTC/GMT+08:00). Extension date must be specified in the form: January 2021 or July 2021. Please see the contact list of BNU faculty/school/department.
2. Please prepare documents (3) to (7) and convert them into .pdf format. Send all documents via email to: isp@bnu.edu.cn with the title of “Your Student No. + Passport Name + CSC Scholarship Extension Application Documents” before 17:30, May 22, 2020 (UTC/GMT+08:00).
3. The International Students Office will collect and send all application documents to the China Scholarship Council for the final review. Applicants should keep in touch during this period, in order to receive any possible notification of submitting additional documents according to the requirement of China Scholarship Council.
4. ATTENTION: Any late or incomplete applications shall NOT be processed.
