根據(jù)中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金管理規(guī)定及北京師范大學(xué)留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金管理辦法，凡所獲獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金期限超過(guò)一年的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生，均需參加獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金年度評(píng)審，以決定是否在下一學(xué)年繼續(xù)享有獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格。

參評(píng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金類別

1. 中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者

2. 北京師范大學(xué)紫禁城獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者

3. 北京師范大學(xué)新生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者

4. 北京師范大學(xué)絲路木鐸獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者

5. 獲得北京市外國(guó)留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的博士生

參評(píng)學(xué)生范圍：

1. 2020年9月之后繼續(xù)享受獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的學(xué)生；

2. 無(wú)法按原計(jì)劃于2020年7月畢業(yè)，申請(qǐng)延期的學(xué)生；（本年度評(píng)審不是延期申請(qǐng)，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金延期需要另外申請(qǐng)）

3. 上年度獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審不合格被中止獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格或減免部分獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的學(xué)生。

中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金學(xué)生填寫附件1.《中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金留學(xué)生年度評(píng)審表》，其他幾類獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金學(xué)生填寫附件2.《北京師范大學(xué)來(lái)華留學(xué)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金年度評(píng)審表》，電子表格請(qǐng)不要變更表格格式。表格填寫好之后，需發(fā)給所在院系的負(fù)責(zé)老師，聯(lián)系方式附后。其他具體要求請(qǐng)參考各院系的通知。

無(wú)故不參加年度評(píng)審的同學(xué)將被中止下一學(xué)年獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格。

NOTICE OF PARTICIPATION OF 2020/2021 ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP REVIEW

According to the provisions of CSC scholarship as well as Beijing Normal University international students scholarship management, students who have been awarded scholarship for more than one academic year are required to participate in the annual scholarship review, so as to proof that the student is still qualified to receive the scholarship.

Categories of Scholarships

1. CSC Scholarship winners

2. BNU Forbidden City Scholarship winners

3. BNU Scholarship for New International Students winners

4. BNU Silk Road Muduo Degree Scholarship winners

5. Beijing Government Scholarship as new students (PhD students only)

Scope of Participating students

1.      Scholarship plan covers academic year 2020/2021.

2.      Students who are not able to graduate as originally scheduled in July 2020, and plan to apply for extension (students shall participate in both annual review and extension application).

3.      Students whose scholarship has been suspended in the previous year.

CSC Scholarship students shall fill Annual Review Form of Chinese Government Scholarship (as attached), and other Scholarships students shall fill Annual Review Form of BNU Scholarships ( as attached). Please don’t change the format of the form. When fulfilled, the Form shall be sent to coordinator of your school/college in the Contact List in the attachment. Please refer to your coordinator for detailed instructions and further requirements.

Students who do not participate in the Scholarships Annual Review will be suspend for next academic year’s scholarship.
