為獎勵品學(xué)兼優(yōu)的在校外國留學(xué)生，北京市政府特設(shè)立“北京市外國留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金”，北京師范大學(xué)“北京市外國留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金”評審小組負(fù)責(zé)此項(xiàng)目在本校的評審和管理工作。2020-2021年度“北京市外國留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金”申請事宜具體如下：

一、獎學(xué)金類別、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及獎勵方式：

二、評選規(guī)則：

參評申請者2019.2-2020.1期間(2019級學(xué)生提供2019.9-2020.1期間)的學(xué)習(xí)成績（參考有效成績、平均學(xué)分績）、學(xué)術(shù)成果（署名應(yīng)為北京師范大學(xué)）、綜合素質(zhì)。具體評選辦法請見《“北京市外國留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金”北京師范大學(xué)管理實(shí)施辦法》

 

三、評選程序：

學(xué)生申請 -> 學(xué)部院系初評并推薦 -> 學(xué)校評審小組專家評審 -> 評審結(jié)果公示 -> 正式公布獲獎名單

 

四、申請人資格

在北京師范大學(xué)攻讀學(xué)位（本科生、碩士研究生、博士研究生）的在校留學(xué)生且符合以下條件者，可以提出申請：

1.  遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)和北京師范大學(xué)校規(guī)，學(xué)習(xí)努力、積極向上、品行端正、尊敬師長、對華友好；

2.  本科生：按本專業(yè)教學(xué)計劃修讀，成績優(yōu)秀，無不及格或缺考課程；

研究生：按本專業(yè)教學(xué)計劃修讀，成績優(yōu)秀，每門課不低于75分,專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)成果突出；

3.  積極參與學(xué)校各項(xiàng)活動，熱心社會服務(wù)，為國家、社會、學(xué)校做出貢獻(xiàn)；

凡有下列情況的學(xué)生不能申請此獎項(xiàng)：

1. 2020年9月至2021年7月期間獲得任何政府組織單位或個人提供獎學(xué)金及學(xué)業(yè)資助的在校學(xué)歷生；

2. 延期畢業(yè)的在校學(xué)歷生；

3. 計劃于2020年9月至2021年7月（含）期間休學(xué)的學(xué)歷生。

 

五、申請時間

2020年6月5日前向所在學(xué)部院系指定郵箱提交全部申請材料。

1. 《“北京市外國留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金”申請表》

注：申請者需完成“學(xué)生基本情況”、“本人自述”等內(nèi)容。

2. 《發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文情況統(tǒng)計表》；（若有請?zhí)峤唬?/p>

3. 其它相關(guān)證明材料：如獲獎證書、已公開發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)成果（其中期刊論文需要提交期刊封面、目錄頁與論文首頁復(fù)印件并請完成《發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文情況統(tǒng)計表》）。

注：各類所獲獎項(xiàng)和公開發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)成果均應(yīng)在2019年2月至2020年1月期間取得并且單位署名為北京師范大學(xué)。

 

七、獲獎通知

2020年6月下旬在留學(xué)生辦公室網(wǎng)站公布獲獎名單。

In order to encourage and support excellent current international students, Beijing government establishes the “Beijing Government Scholarship for International Students”. BNU Beijing Government Scholarship for International Students Assessment Committee is responsible for the evaluation and award along with the administration of the project. Application details for the 2020 — 2021 academic year are as follows:

I.  Scholarship Grade, Standard & Award method

Note: During the scholarship period, awarded students who suspend or quit studying will be cancelled of the scholarship.

II.Selection regulations

Applicants’ examination results (refer to valid results with average credit score) from 2019.2 — 2020.1 (students admitted in 2019 should provide examination results from 2019.9 — 2020.1), academic achievements (undersigned as Beijing Normal University), and overall quality. For detailed selection procedure, please refer to the “Beijing Government Scholarship for Foreign Students”  Beijing Normal University Administrative Measures for Implementation.

III.Selection procedure

Application by students -> Preliminary evaluation and recommendation by Faculty / School / College / Department -> Evaluation by BNU Assessment Committee -> Announcement of evaluation result -> Official announcement of winners

IV.Applicant Qualifications

Students who are studying for degrees (undergraduates, masters, and PhD students) at Beijing Normal University that meet the following requirements can apply:

1.Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and the rules of Beijing Normal University, study hard, be positive, be upright, respect teachers, and be friendly to China;

2.Undergraduate applicants are required to study under the scheme of the professional teaching plan with excellent scores, must not be absent from any exam, and must pass all courses.

Graduate applicants are required to study under the scheme of the professional teaching plan with excellent scores and outstanding academic achievements, the average score of all courses must not be less than 75 (≥75).

3.Actively participate in various school activities, be enthusiastic about social services, and contribute to the country, society, and the school;

Students who fall under the following conditions cannot apply for this award:

1.Current degree students who receive scholarships and academic support from any government organization or individual from September 2020 to July 2021.

2.Current degree students who have postponed graduation;

3.Students who plan to suspend their studies school from September 2020 to July 2021.

V.Application Time

Submit all application materials to the designated email address of your school / faculty/ college/ department during working hours before June 5, 2020.

VI.Application Materials

1.“Beijing Government Scholarship for International Students Application Form”

Note: Applicants must complete the “Students Basic Information”, “Personal Statement”, etc.

2.“Information on Publications”. If you have this, please attach in your application materials.

3. Other related supporting materials: such as, certificate of award, academic achievements or publications (please provide the photocopy of the cover, the table of contents, and the front page of the publication, and fill in the Form of Information on Publications).

Note: The awards achieved and publications must be between February 2019 and January 2020 with Beijing Normal University undersigned.

VII.Announcement of Award

The list of winners will be announced on the International Students Office website in late June 2020.
