1.加入會議，參加答辯

下載并安裝zoom會議客戶端（下載地址：ZOOM 教育網(wǎng)https://www.zoom.edu.cn），答辯當(dāng)天根據(jù)會議ID加入會議，參加答辯。

要求：請?zhí)崆皽?zhǔn)備好穩(wěn)定順暢的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境、電腦、攝像頭、麥克風(fēng)，視頻環(huán)境要求光線明亮，安靜無干擾。答辯人全程需在單獨(dú)空間獨(dú)立參加答辯，匯報前向答辯委員展示現(xiàn)場環(huán)境，過程中不允許有人進(jìn)入。

2.答辯正式開始

（1）請答辯人進(jìn)行自我介紹：學(xué)號，姓名，學(xué)習(xí)情況及論文選題與撰寫情況等；

（2）采用共享屏幕功能播放 PPT，對自己的論文進(jìn)行闡述（限時8分鐘，不超過10分鐘）；

點(diǎn)擊視頻會議界面下方【共享屏幕】，在彈出的界面上選擇需要共享的內(nèi)容（桌面、office 文檔、音/視頻文件等），分享內(nèi)容需是打開狀態(tài)

（3）答辯委員老師提問，答辯人進(jìn)行答辯；

（4）答辯結(jié)束后暫時休會，待答辯委員投票表決；

（5）公布投票結(jié)果及表決決議。

（6）閉會。

1. Join the meeting to attend the thesis defense

Download and install Zoom Client for Meetings (download here: https://www.zoom.edu.cn); join the meeting with the Meeting ID on the day of the defense, and participate in the thesis defense.

Please prepare a stable and smooth network, computer, camera and microphone in advance. Stay at a bright and quiet room, without any interference. You are required to participate in the thesis defense independently in a separate room during the whole process, and show the surrounding environment to the defense committee before starting your report. No one is allowed to enter the room during the process.

2. The process of the thesis defense

(1) Please introduce yourself, including your student ID number, name, your studies, topic selection and writing of the graduation thesis, etc.;

(2) Share your screen on Zoom to play PPT, and elaborate on your thesis (in 8 minutes, no more than 10 minutes);

Click the "Share Screen" button appears at the bottom of the window and then you’ll be taken to a new window which shows you the tabs you’ve got open. Click on the one you want to share (your desktop, office documents, audio/video files, etc.).

(3) Listen to the questions from the teachers and answer the questions.

(4) The thesis defense shall be adjourned temporarily after the defense, waiting for the vote of the members of the thesis defense committee;

(5) Release results and resolutions of the voting.
