留學(xué)生畢業(yè)班的同學(xué)們:
祝賀您即將完成在北京師范大學(xué)的學(xué)業(yè)!在您離開母校之前,請協(xié)助完成以下離校手續(xù):
一、畢業(yè)生離校時間
全體畢業(yè)生2020年06月30日(星期二)前辦理完離校手續(xù)。
二、畢業(yè)離校手續(xù)
1. 確認(rèn)交納學(xué)費
請確認(rèn)是否已經(jīng)交納全部學(xué)費,未交納全部學(xué)費的同學(xué),請您于6月25日前辦理線上交費手續(xù)。
線上交費辦法:登錄“國際學(xué)生在線服務(wù)系統(tǒng)”http://apply.bnu.edu.cn/,即可在首頁看到預(yù)交納學(xué)費信息,點擊鏈接交納學(xué)費即可。交費狀態(tài)可自行在系統(tǒng)首頁“在線支付”中查詢。如在交費過程中遇到任何問題,請郵件咨詢:isp@bnu.edu.cn。
2. 辦理電子離校
請于6月17日--6月25日之間登錄電子離校管理系統(tǒng)在線填寫“留學(xué)生畢業(yè)去向”,查詢需要辦理的業(yè)務(wù),并及時辦理相關(guān)部門的離校手續(xù)。
2 訪問信息門戶 http://one.bnu.edu.cn, (用戶名為學(xué)號,密碼為學(xué)號,如果學(xué)號不對可以嘗試8位生日或者護照號后6位,如果還是不對,可以聯(lián)系58808113對密碼進行修改),點擊信息門戶首頁“離校”圖片,即可進入離校系統(tǒng)。
注:校園卡不退現(xiàn)金,請在6月30日前使用完卡內(nèi)的全部金額,7月1日后信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心將批量注銷學(xué)生校園卡。
如需退還校園卡內(nèi)的余額,請于7月1日前將您的學(xué)號、護照號碼、護照姓名、中國銀行卡卡號和賬號姓名(賬號姓名書寫格式或順序請參考銀行信息確認(rèn)單或向銀行柜臺咨詢)等信息發(fā)送到isp@bnu.edu.cn郵箱申請。
3. 退宿手續(xù)
住在學(xué)校公寓的同學(xué),應(yīng)于6月30日前辦理完畢退宿手續(xù)。
三、畢業(yè)典禮
6月23日將舉行畢業(yè)典禮,具體事宜請咨詢學(xué)部及院系所辦公室,并按時參加畢業(yè)典禮(如有變化以學(xué)院的通知為準(zhǔn))。
四、領(lǐng)取證書及成績單
在各學(xué)部及院系所辦公室領(lǐng)取畢業(yè)證書、學(xué)位證書、成績單等文件(辦理完畢電子離校系統(tǒng)要求的全部手續(xù)后,方可領(lǐng)取證書),領(lǐng)取時間請參考各學(xué)部及院系所通知。
? 申請制作英文畢業(yè)證明或英文成績單,請在領(lǐng)取畢業(yè)證書或成績單后到學(xué)校的檔案館申請。
五、未畢業(yè)申請延期
如您不能于2020年7月畢業(yè),請您務(wù)必于2020年6月30日之前向您所在的學(xué)部院系提出延長學(xué)習(xí)期限的申請,學(xué)校審批通過后需按照學(xué)校規(guī)定的時間繳納費用并辦理學(xué)期報到手續(xù)。
? 對于未能如期畢業(yè)且未申請辦理延長學(xué)習(xí)期限的同學(xué),學(xué)校將根據(jù)學(xué)籍管理規(guī)定處理為結(jié)業(yè)或肄業(yè),且不再為其申請補辦畢業(yè)證書及學(xué)位證書。

JULY 2020 GRADUATION NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Dear Graduating International Students:
Congratulations on completing your studies at Beijing Normal University! Before you leave your alma mater, please endeavor to complete the following university departure formalities:
1. University Departure Time for Graduating Students
All graduating students should complete the university departure formalities by June 30, 2020 (Tuesday).
2. University Departure Formalities
1) Confirm tuition payment
Please confirm whether all tuition fees have been paid. If you have not paid all the tuition fees, please pay online before June 25.
How to complete online payment: log in to the BNU International Student Service System: http://apply.bnu.edu.cn/; the payment information will appear on the homepage. Click “Go to pay” to finish the online payment as directed. Payment status can be seen at "Online Payment" on the homepage. If you have any question regarding to the online payment, please send email to: isp@bnu.edu.cn.
2) Complete Electronic University Departure
Please log in to the electronic university departure online system from June 17 to June 25 to fill in the “Future Prospects of Graduated International Students”, check the formalities you need to handle, and timely handle the departure formalities of relevant departments.
Visit the BNU portal http://one.bnu.edu.cn, (user name and password are both student number. If your password is wrong, you can try your date of birth (8 digits; YYYYMMDD) or the last 6 digits of your passport number. If it is still wrong, you can contact 58808113 to modify your password), click the “離校”( University Departure) picture on the home page of the portal to enter the university departure system.
Note: The money in the campus card is non-refundable. Please use the full amount of the card before June 30. After July 1, the Information Network Center will cancel the student campus card in batches.
If you want a refund of the balance in your campus card, please send your student number, passport number, passport name, Bank of China card number and account name (please refer to the customer information confirmation form or consult the bank counter for the writing format or order of account name) to isp@bnu.edu.cn before July 1.
3) Dormitory Check-out procedures
Students who live in the university apartment should complete the check-out formalities before June 30.
3. Graduation Ceremony
The graduation ceremony will be held on June 23, please consult your faculty / school / college / department for specific information, and attend the graduation ceremony on time (if there is any change, please refer to the notice from your faculty / school / college / department).
4. Certificates and Transcripts
The graduation certificate, degree certificate, transcript and other documents can be received from the office of each faculty / school / college / department (the certificate can only be received after completing all the formalities required by the electronic departure system). Please refer to the notice of your faculty / school / college / department for the time of collection.
To apply for an English graduation certificate or an English transcript, please apply at the university’s Archives Office after you receive your graduation certificate or transcript.
5. Application for Extension of Study Period
If you are unable to graduate in July 2020, please submit an application for extension of study period to your faculty / school / college / department before June 30, 2020. After the faculty / school / college / department approves the application, you should pay the fees and go through the registration procedures for the semester, within the time specified by the university.
For students who are unable to graduate according to schedule and do not apply for extension of study period, in accordance with the regulations of academic status management, the university will treat their studies as incomplete, and will not apply for replacement of graduation certificate and degree certificate for them.
